By embracing our Smart Living Community, our partnership with our families encourages motivation for change and allows our residents the opportunity to focus on the well-being of their overall lives. To help inspire our families to reach new goals, our residents are enrolled in THA's Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program, where they have access to training, education and other supportive services. Residents are assigned case managers who help set goals and track progress. The program includes goal development, referrals to community organizations/agencies, monthly meetings and participation in program activities. We believe in finding new ways to help people achieve more and become more self-sufficient.
